主 題

準確把握黨和國家經(jīng)濟政策，關(guān)注企業(yè)呼聲，為基層發(fā)展出力。

工作重點

首先要下大力氣完成和完善已經(jīng)開展的各項工作，強化執(zhí)行力，把必須做的和應(yīng)該做的工作做到位，這是2022年工作的重中之重。

2022年啟動行業(yè)能耗和碳排放指標調(diào)研，制訂有利于國家節(jié)能和控碳政策的需要，響應(yīng)國家3060行動規(guī)劃。

開展系統(tǒng)的調(diào)研工作，聯(lián)合各類兄弟協(xié)會，主動向各級政府部門反映行業(yè)訴求；認真解讀黨和國家政策，引領(lǐng)行業(yè)把握好宏觀經(jīng)濟走向。做好鍛壓行業(yè)“十四五”發(fā)展綱要和“鍛壓技術(shù)與裝備發(fā)展路線圖（2021-2035）”宣貫工作，在引導行業(yè)和企業(yè)發(fā)展的同時，注意繼續(xù)收集行業(yè)和企業(yè)存在的焦點、難點和熱點問題，及時利用各種研究方式強化引導。促進企業(yè)注重開發(fā)新興和細分市場，實現(xiàn)差異化競爭，走專精特新的發(fā)展之路。

優(yōu)化展覽會組織工作，開展以“活動帶招展”的工作模式；強化“九月節(jié)”工作，不斷完善“九月節(jié)”活動體系建設(shè)；堅持開展豐富多彩的行業(yè)交流活動，繼續(xù)開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)直播會議，注意預設(shè)討論主題，促進參會者的參與感，增加互動，堅持“報告要講透，內(nèi)容要接地”的活動總思路；積極推進新媒體服務(wù)與紙媒服務(wù)融合，做好數(shù)字化、可視化和語音化服務(wù)，完善行業(yè)融媒體中心；加大行業(yè)標準制訂的同時，做好標準委員會換屆工作，同時也要注重和探索開展團體標準的推廣工作，召開制訂標準和標準應(yīng)用培訓會，通過制定標準規(guī)范行業(yè)競爭、提升行業(yè)話語權(quán)和增強行業(yè)影響力；繼續(xù)為企業(yè)發(fā)展提供強有力的專家支持；繼續(xù)做好協(xié)會對外宣傳工作，擴大協(xié)會影響力，做好會員管理和征集工作，協(xié)會可以適當吸收與行業(yè)相關(guān)企業(yè)如金屬模具制造與焊接企業(yè)的加入；繼續(xù)探討建立教育培訓基地，堅持教育培訓與時俱進，實踐教育培訓 “規(guī)范和流程化”，建立包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育在內(nèi)的新型行業(yè)培訓體系。

做好第九屆代表大會籌備工作，平穩(wěn)和順利地完成換屆工作。充分發(fā)揮包括理事單位在內(nèi)的協(xié)會領(lǐng)導和行業(yè)工作積極分子作用，不斷拓寬協(xié)會工作內(nèi)容和形式。建立協(xié)會活動品牌，強化會員與非會員參加協(xié)會活動的區(qū)別對待，參加活動收費要有差異，增強協(xié)會凝聚力。強化協(xié)會服務(wù)機制與服務(wù)形態(tài)，加強對會員企業(yè)的服務(wù)工作，利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)加強會員企業(yè)的對外宣傳。改善協(xié)會管理體制，堅持建立和完善以制度和流程為基礎(chǔ)的治理模式情況下，注重突破條條框框，創(chuàng)新思維，調(diào)動發(fā)揮協(xié)會員工的主觀能動性。

2022年繼續(xù)推動富京技術(shù)公司由制造型向服務(wù)制造型轉(zhuǎn)變。推動雜志社有限公司由單一型媒體服務(wù)向多元化、綜合性媒體服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)變。

具體任務(wù)與措施

把控好“協(xié)會市場行為和業(yè)務(wù)靈活開拓”的尺度，堅持誠信和實事求是，為社會、政府、行業(yè)、企業(yè)和從業(yè)人員做好服務(wù)是協(xié)會永恒的措施。

新冠疫情給服務(wù)業(yè)帶來巨大的沖擊，協(xié)會首當其沖，把壓力當成挑戰(zhàn)，把挑戰(zhàn)變成機遇，利用當下的時機做好自己的事情，讓我們有機會和動力開拓新的服務(wù)工作。重要工作包括強化海外溝通和交流，學習西方工業(yè)發(fā)達國家先進的工藝和技術(shù)，引領(lǐng)行業(yè)發(fā)展；注重企業(yè)熱點問題收集，持續(xù)尋找行業(yè)需要的服務(wù)工作，發(fā)展中國特色的綠色鍛壓、高端鍛壓。

協(xié)會設(shè)立京外基地，完成京外基地建設(shè)仍然是我們必須面對的挑戰(zhàn)。

提升執(zhí)行力，培養(yǎng)員工的格局，改善員工的思維方式，開展必要的員工培訓是2022年員工工作重點。

做好第九屆代表大會籌備，順利和圓滿完成大會議程是協(xié)會2022年的重要工作之一。

堅持“會議的階梯化存在”，會議采用差異化策劃、組織和召開。以“案例式講座+互動式討論”相結(jié)合的會議組織模式，繼續(xù)堅持2021年開始的主題策劃形式，提升會議的質(zhì)量。

2022年，加強行業(yè)熱點問題的小型討論交流會的召開，有目的地引導行業(yè)向正確的發(fā)展方向邁進。

基于企業(yè)實際控制人的榮譽需要，以及企業(yè)宣傳的需求，2022年推動舉辦“高端峰會”，以個人參與為主要特征，除邀請行業(yè)內(nèi)頂級企業(yè)的實際控制人外，要著力邀請一些工業(yè)界、文化界、政界和經(jīng)濟界等的名人參與，共同探討行業(yè)發(fā)展，從而推動培養(yǎng)更多的行業(yè)戰(zhàn)略企業(yè)家，為引領(lǐng)行業(yè)發(fā)展探討新路。

繼續(xù)堅持2021年制訂的海外交流發(fā)展計劃：“著力強化組織與國際聯(lián)絡(luò)部建設(shè)，必須下大力氣強化與亞洲國家政府有關(guān)部門的聯(lián)系，尋找相關(guān)協(xié)會，力所能及地建立聯(lián)系。在沒有與我們建立起協(xié)會或企業(yè)聯(lián)系的國家內(nèi)，確立50家國外鍛造、沖壓和鈑金制作企業(yè)（每個行業(yè)不少于10家），主動進行聯(lián)系，探討交流合作的可能。加強與外國駐華使館、貿(mào)易促進機構(gòu)的聯(lián)絡(luò)工作，了解產(chǎn)業(yè)情況和宣傳行業(yè)。要特別加強與俄羅斯和中東歐國家機構(gòu)和企業(yè)建立聯(lián)系”。

繼續(xù)重視沖壓、鈑金制作領(lǐng)域工作，要繼續(xù)加大會員征集力度；適當增加涉及沖壓、鈑金制作行業(yè)的工作委員會。探討成立板材成形設(shè)備委員會，或探討成立具有俱樂部性質(zhì)的一體化服務(wù)沖壓、鈑金制作行業(yè)的聯(lián)盟。

在未來幾年內(nèi)，力爭協(xié)會直接會員達到萬家。

充分發(fā)揮行業(yè)內(nèi)大量默默無聞的創(chuàng)造者和奉獻者的力量，引導他們走上前臺，為發(fā)展整個行業(yè)做出努力。

協(xié)會應(yīng)充分理解行業(yè)企業(yè)的需求，應(yīng)該包括：技術(shù)和管理知識與經(jīng)驗交流、市場服務(wù)、金融服務(wù)、行業(yè)影響力和榮譽需求。未來協(xié)會開展活動應(yīng)圍繞這些展開。

繼續(xù)加強與模具、材料和大型主機廠聯(lián)系，建立廣泛的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈協(xié)同發(fā)展環(huán)境。

完善相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)研和服務(wù)工作，特別是連接、焊接、材料供應(yīng)和金屬成形模具行業(yè)。要認真研究這些行業(yè)的技術(shù)發(fā)展和經(jīng)濟形勢，從而為鍛造、沖壓和鈑金制作行業(yè)的發(fā)展拓展相關(guān)領(lǐng)域服務(wù)。

推廣和完善“九月節(jié)”品牌體系，堅持全員辦好中國國際金屬成形展覽會（MetalForm China）。2022年，修正金屬展的展出形式，強調(diào)“以實物展為主”，嘗試“以活動和拜訪交流帶動招展”模式組織展商，讓展商切實有獲得感，讓觀眾不虛此行，建立互動友好的氛圍，增加協(xié)會掌握行業(yè)心聲的渠道。

繼續(xù)研究探討 “鍛壓裝備智商”評價工作，將鍛壓裝備信息化推進委員會改制成鍛壓裝備信息化評價標準制訂委員會，從而推進制訂鍛壓裝備的信息化等級評價標準。做好封頭行業(yè)等級標準制定和評價工作的總結(jié)工作，建立和完善有利于行業(yè)良性競爭的等級標準體系，引導行業(yè)健康發(fā)展。

2022年，堅持高標準制訂標準，聯(lián)合制訂標準，實用制訂標準和規(guī)范問題制訂標準的原則，制訂標準必須有利于規(guī)范市場行為，推動合理化競爭，也要有利于政府對行業(yè)的管理。

發(fā)揮行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)和行業(yè)專家學者的作用，恰當和適時編制行規(guī)行約、工作指引等通用文件，指導和引導企業(yè)發(fā)展和變革。

雜志與網(wǎng)絡(luò)必須堅持已經(jīng)開展的工作，但必須把“堅持和創(chuàng)新”有機地結(jié)合起來。

培訓基地落地是2022年的重要工作。

擴大專家?guī)煲?guī)模的同時，必須解決好如何有效利用專家?guī)�，發(fā)揮專家作用。

繼續(xù)做好服務(wù)政府工作，不僅是中央政府部門，更要注意做好地方政府部門服務(wù)工作。

繼續(xù)開展科技成果鑒定工作。繼續(xù)開展專題調(diào)研，研究制定專題研究的方式方法，確定研究主題和內(nèi)容。繼續(xù)爭取建立起系統(tǒng)的鍛壓行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)收集體系，做好行業(yè)生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)等的統(tǒng)計發(fā)布工作，保持行業(yè)經(jīng)濟形勢運行分析會的持續(xù)性和前瞻性。探討研究建立鍛壓行業(yè)公益研究機構(gòu)，為行業(yè)解決共性問題和推出人才服務(wù)。開展好為地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、企業(yè)技術(shù)改造等的咨詢和專家服務(wù)工作。

2022年，做好已有調(diào)研分析工作的同時，必須開展能耗和碳排放指標的調(diào)研工作。

中國鍛壓協(xié)會在積極開展好技術(shù)、管理經(jīng)驗交流，促進技術(shù)與管理進步的同時，要開展行業(yè)共性問題的專家討論與交流，這些共性問題包括但不限于宏觀經(jīng)濟、文化建設(shè)、人才工作、政策解讀、技術(shù)趨勢和行業(yè)發(fā)展方向。

推進北京富京技術(shù)公司的發(fā)展，在理順過往工作的基礎(chǔ)上，堅持三個方面的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展，爐窯建設(shè)與維保、數(shù)字智能工程服務(wù)中心建設(shè)、探討教育培訓產(chǎn)業(yè)化經(jīng)營。

在爐窯建設(shè)與維保方面，積極在燃燒系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)、檢測系統(tǒng)等方面予以建立自己獨特的具有數(shù)字支撐的技術(shù)體系。利用自身力量，探討和實踐大數(shù)據(jù)和智能化在加熱爐窯方面的應(yīng)用，為企業(yè)實現(xiàn)智能化服務(wù)。建立和運營以工業(yè)爐維護保養(yǎng)為主導，以設(shè)計新建為輔的工業(yè)爐服務(wù)制造公司。

2022年，富京公司完善“數(shù)字智能工程服務(wù)中心（Virtintelli Engineering Center）”,主要開展：①代理銷售應(yīng)用于鍛造、沖壓和鈑金制作行業(yè)的工藝模擬、設(shè)計、企業(yè)管理與數(shù)字化加工等軟件；②組建行業(yè)聯(lián)盟，為鍛造、沖壓與鈑金制作行業(yè)企業(yè)提供成套服務(wù)；③加大中小企業(yè)服務(wù)力度，協(xié)助中小企業(yè)開展工藝研發(fā)和工藝改進工作；④開展人才模擬和數(shù)字化技術(shù)的培訓與培養(yǎng)，吸納企業(yè)人員到協(xié)會共同開展工作，推動行業(yè)數(shù)字化技術(shù)的應(yīng)用。要充分發(fā)揮中國鍛壓協(xié)會旗下的北京富京技術(shù)公司的作用，利用富京公司對設(shè)備控制系統(tǒng)熟悉的優(yōu)勢開展包括設(shè)計、模擬、數(shù)據(jù)收集、車間和企業(yè)管理一體化系統(tǒng)軟件和硬件的研究開發(fā)與服務(wù)。

2022年，富京公司運營中國鍛壓協(xié)會教育培訓中心的工作應(yīng)取得進展，將教育培訓工作依據(jù)市場化、系統(tǒng)化和正規(guī)化的原則開展，實現(xiàn)中國鍛壓協(xié)會培訓基地建設(shè)的目標。

2022年，如果無法執(zhí)行協(xié)會年輕人的企業(yè)見習，將制訂員工培訓內(nèi)容并開展內(nèi)訓工作。力爭完成編輯第二本具有協(xié)會文化的著述。

注重黨建工作，鞏固好黨史學習教育活動取得的成果，認真學習中國共產(chǎn)黨第十九屆六中全會精神和《中共中央關(guān)于黨的百年奮斗重大成就和歷史經(jīng)驗的決議》。繼續(xù)開展好黨、工和團的工作，發(fā)揮其在協(xié)會工作中的積極作用。迎接黨的二十大的召開。要特別注意發(fā)揮黨、團和工會的作用，以及嚴格要求黨員同志，發(fā)揮先進模范帶頭作用。2022年繼續(xù)踐行具有協(xié)會特色的黨員活動和管理。工會、團支部繼續(xù)加強協(xié)會內(nèi)部團隊建設(shè)；團支部繼續(xù)考慮建立包括會員企業(yè)在內(nèi)的新媒體平臺，廣泛吸收行業(yè)內(nèi)青年的關(guān)注，能夠使廣大青年自我學習自我成長。
